- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex automotive projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments, including engineering, supply chain, and finance, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business Administration, Or Project Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Manage Risks Effectively.
