We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join Lear Corporation's team and help drive our success as we continue to produce innovative products. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience working in a manufacturing setting. You should also demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities. A basic understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
