Product Portfolio Strategy Manager
As a member of the E-Systems strategy team, the Product Portfolio Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of product portfolio strategy projects to achieve a differentiated market position leading to profitable growth for Lear’s E-System division. Lead and support the study of market trends and their implications to Lear E-Systems. Support the creation of robust market and technology analyses and associated strategies Build and refine market models / business cases that identify profitable growth opportunities. Develop clear and concise communications regarding strategy development and conclusions. Engage and support cross functional teams to align product portfolio strategy. Drive primary and secondary research initiatives for ongoing engagements.
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in synthesizing complex information for product strategy creation
Automotive Body Electronics and Power Distribution development experience
Automotive vehicle EE architecture and wiring experience a plus
