  1. Design and develop innovative products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop product specifications.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
  4. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve design and production issues.
  5. Perform feasibility studies and cost analysis to ensure products are efficient and cost-effective.
  6. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
  7. Lead product testing and validation processes, ensuring products meet quality standards.
  8. Monitor and manage product development timelines to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  11. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of components.
  12. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.

  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in product development.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Cad Software, Such As Catia Or Solidworks.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
