- Develop and improve manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in operations.
- Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure their successful integration.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control plans.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and equipment.
- Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance the manufacturing process.
- Train operators and technicians on new or updated processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean manufacturing principles.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Automotive Industry
Proficiency In Using Process Engineering Software And Tools, Such As Autocad And Lean Six Sigma
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Production Systems
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
