Plant Superintendent

We are looking for a Plant Superintendent to join the Lear Corporation team. As a Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production and personnel within the facility. We are looking for a self-driven leader with an eye for detail, who has the ability to think strategically and is comfortable making decisions independently.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You must also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience leading a team and managing change is essential.
