As the Plant Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.   1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.
  2. Manage and lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate execution of quality control processes.
  3. Monitor and analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the use of high-quality materials and components in our products.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methods and technologies to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Manage and maintain the plant's quality management system and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  10. Drive a culture of quality and excellence within the plant, promoting a continuous improvement mindset among all employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Such As Iso 9001 And Iatf 16949.

  • Proficiency In Conducting Root Cause Analysis, Implementing Corrective Actions, And Driving Continuous Improvement.
