- Oversee all aspects of human resources within the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership team to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and teamwork.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on HR-related issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data.
- Participate in budget planning and control for HR-related expenses.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
- Collaborate with the corporate HR team to implement company-wide initiatives and programs.
- Handle employee grievances and investigations, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend strategies for employee retention.
- Uphold and promote the company's values and ethics, fostering a positive work culture.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry
Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Talent Acquisition/Management.
