4. Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
5. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
9. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any concerns or grievances.
10. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
11. Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track employee engagement, turnover, and other important HR-related data.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance the plant's HR processes.
13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
14. Lead and support special projects and initiatives related to HR and employee engagement.
15. Serve as a role model and champion of the company's values and culture.
