
Plant HR Manager

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within the plant.
- Provide guidance and support to plant leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and fair manner.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve any concerns or grievances.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track employee engagement, turnover, and other important HR-related data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve and enhance the plant's HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Lead and support special projects and initiatives related to HR and employee engagement.
- Serve as a role model and champion of the company's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Eeo, And Fmla.
Experience Working In A Manufacturing Or Plant Environment, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Diverse Team.
