Plant Controller

Provides senior leadership and management presence as a key member of the Plant Management team. Oversees execution of Internal Control Process, including interactions with both internal and external auditors. Meets Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including attesting to SOX control items and compliance status quarterly. Ensures compliance with local, state and federal accounting regulation. Develop annual Plant operating Budgets including labor and overhead costs, spending related costs, launch, inventory, and related costs. Analyzes, interprets, and communicates annual budgets to assure accuracy and sensibility. Develops monthly forecasts of plant performance. Provides accurate and timely analysis of monthly financial results as compared to budgets and forecasts. Analyzes and appraises the performance results in order to advise on findings and recommended courses of action. Provides financial support to actively reduce total manufacturing cost.
