MVP Stockroom Clerk
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed
- Manage MVP system for spare parts and PMs. Generate reports as needed
- Use MVP system to track Min/Max levels, MTTR, MTBF, and PM completion rates
- Inventory current spare parts
- Maintain the critical part parts list at current inventory level
- Access Coupa to put requisitions in the system for needed spare parts
- Track usage of spare parts
- Train maintenance department to follow procedure of checking out spare parts from the store
- Spare part management – track, assign, and follow-up
- Archive of BOM’s for all equipment
- Regular inventory audit counts
- 5S – Ensure a clean and organized environment
Must have knowledge on maintenance spare parts
Knowledge of assembly machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance upkeep of equipment
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
Must be capable of leading a team, distributing work, and show demonstrated leadership capabilities.
