  1. Conduct research and development activities to improve and enhance mechatronic systems used in automotive technology.
  2. Design, prototype, and test new mechatronic components and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechatronic systems into existing and new vehicle platforms.
  4. Stay updated on current and emerging technologies in the field of mechatronics and identify opportunities for their application in automotive systems.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechatronic systems during development, testing, and production.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the design and development of mechatronic systems.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve the performance and efficiency of mechatronic systems.
  9. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members and departments.
  10. Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and budgets.
  11. Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to project stakeholders.
  12. Mentor and guide junior engineers in their technical development.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to develop and source mechatronic components.
  14. Contribute to the development of intellectual property and maintain confidentiality of company's proprietary information.
  15. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and innovation, and contribute to the growth of the company's technical capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Mechatronic Systems, Including Design, Development, Integration, And Testing.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And Plc Programming.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
