
Materials Supervisor
At Lear Corporation, we are looking for a Materials Supervisor to join our team and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our team and coordinate our daily workflow for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and organizational skills and will have proven success in leading and motivating a team. If you have a passion for overseeing and improving warehouse operations, we would love to have you join our team.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred but not required. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have strong decision-making abilities. Additionally, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software such as SAP or WMS.
