Master Planner

Plans and establishes work schedule and assignments for material availability to support the production schedule. Measure and report key supply chain metrics that relate to master production planning inclusive of production data, inventory turns, customer service levels, schedule adherence, and schedule attainment performance. Maintain inventory based on targets defined. Manage parts usage, inventory and forecast to determine current needs. Perform data analysis of supply demand balance over historical and future time buckets and deliver key insights into the health of the business. Implement and enhance master production plan reporting tools that communicates results and metrics/KPIs- and highlight areas for improvement. Maintain departmental warping, DNB plan and requirements. Actively participate in end of month cycle counts and discrepancies. Manage Aged Inventory for resolution and/or disposition. Ability to conduct vendor forecasting. Manage quoting process for new orders and changes.
