Lear Corporation is looking for a talented and experienced Maintenance Tech- Journeyman to join our team. A successful Maintenance Tech- Journeyman must be a reliable problem solver with excellent technical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to work well with others. To ensure success, Maintenance Tech- Journeyman should be able to effectively troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex industrial machinery and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in the workplace.We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications:• High School Diploma/GED and/or a two-year technical degree in a related field• At least five years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment• Thorough knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with industrial machinery• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• A strong commitment to safety in the workplaceIf you possess the necessary qualifications and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
