  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure their proper functioning and safety.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  4. Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to identify and address maintenance needs and improve processes.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers regarding maintenance activities, equipment needs, and potential issues.
  10. Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience In Performing Routine Maintenance Tasks On Manufacturing Equipment And Facilities, Including Troubleshooting, Repair, And Preventative Maintenance.

  • Proven Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Manuals, Diagrams, And Blueprints To Effectively Identify And Resolve Equipment Malfunctions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical, Mechanical, And Pneumatic Systems, As Well As Proficiency In Using Hand And Power Tools To Make Repairs And Adjustments.

  • Excellent Time Management And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Production Environment.
