  1. Lead maintenance team: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring they are working together efficiently and effectively.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance plans: The Maintenance Supervisor will create and implement maintenance plans to ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning properly and efficiently.
  3. Monitor and maintain equipment: The Maintenance Supervisor will regularly monitor and inspect all equipment and machinery to identify any potential issues and ensure they are properly maintained.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: In the event of equipment malfunctions or breakdowns, the Maintenance Supervisor will use their technical knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure safety protocols are followed: The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by the maintenance team to prevent any accidents or incidents.
  6. Train and mentor team members: The Maintenance Supervisor will provide training and mentorship to team members to improve their skills and knowledge, as well as to ensure a high level of performance.
  7. Oversee budget and resources: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for managing the maintenance budget and allocating resources effectively to meet maintenance goals and objectives.

  11. Uphold company standards: The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that all maintenance activities are in line with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Set and maintain high standards: The Maintenance Supervisor will lead by example and set high standards for quality, safety, and performance for themselves and their team.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Experience In A Maintenance Or Facilities Management Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing Systems.

  • Excellent Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Oversee And Motivate A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.

  • Proven Problem-Solving Abilities And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Maintenance Issues.
