  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize inventory discrepancies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  5. Negotiate contracts with transportation and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to transportation and logistics.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of logistics staff to ensure they are trained and equipped to meet performance goals.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  10. Analyze logistics data and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  12. Monitor and manage logistics budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle any issues or delays in product delivery and work towards finding solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  15. Represent the company in meetings or negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders related to logistics operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Logistics, Transportation, Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Logistics And Transportation Processes, Including Freight Forwarding, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Proficiency In Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Wms, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
