Job Description

Prepare CEO and CFO for earnings calls and meetings with investors and equity analysts. Manage requests from investors, shareholders, and the BOD Monitor daily news and stock movements of the Company and industry peers and provide summaries to Senior Leadership on market dynamics. Draft and edit general press releases, investor presentations, board presentations, memos, and factsheets with a keen attention to detail. Create and drive quarterly deliverables, including preparation of press releases, earnings call scripts and presentations, Q&A prep documents, financial analyses, and other associated materials. Perform regular analysis of Company’s shareholder base and shareholder targeting strategies. Target investors based on size and relative holdings of automotive peers. Monitor sell-side research analyst estimates and models.
