Ensuring Operator tasks are being carried out in safe and efficient manor and in compliance with documented SOP’s and work instructions. Confer with the materials team to ensure customer define manufacturing schedules are established and feasible. Define and execute plans to achieve schedules. Work closely with the quality and engineering team to effectively address and prevent loss opportunities such as internal scrap, external quality concerns and optimized material usage. Build and develop a strong cohesive team to establish leadership depth within the organization. Support continuous improvement process utilizing team approach to implement improvements. Establish & Review metrics for Inspection including safety, quality, delivery, cost control, material flow, employee engagement, and continuous improvement activities.
