Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Proficiency In Industrial Engineering Software And Tools, Such As Autocad, Solidworks, And Minitab.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Process Inefficiencies And Implement Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Lead Cross-Functional Projects.
