As the HR Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our organization by providing valuable insights through data analysis.   1. Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics strategies that align with the overall business objectives and goals of the organization.
  2. Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, employee engagement, and diversity.
  3. Analyze large and complex HR data sets to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues that may impact the organization's performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support their initiatives.
  5. Utilize HRIS and other HR systems to collect, organize, and analyze data for reporting purposes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting, and implement new tools and techniques to improve data analysis processes.
  7. Communicate and present data analysis findings in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive informed decision-making.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and practices through data analysis, and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  9. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality in all reporting and analysis activities.
  10. Train and mentor team members on HR reporting and analytics tools and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Reporting And Analytics, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Experience In Data Management, Reporting, And Visualization Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, As Well As Hr Metrics And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data And Insights To Senior Management.
