
HR Manager- Trim

As the HR Manager- Trim, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our organization by managing the human resources operations for our Trim division. - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies specific to the Trim division in alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for Trim division, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Develop and maintain training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the Trim division.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and administration.
- Collaborate with finance department to develop and manage the HR budget for the Trim division.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees in the Trim division.
- Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work culture within the Trim division.
- Oversee the handling of employee relations issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases for the Trim division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices within the Trim division.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to the growth and development of the Trim division.
- Coach and mentor HR team members and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
- Represent the company in external HR events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hr Management Role, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Employees At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition Processes.
