- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to all employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Partner with department managers to identify and address employee development needs and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing support, guidance, and mentorship.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of company culture and values.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Recruitment Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
