- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to labor laws, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to promote a positive work culture and foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices are in place.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and provide timely and accurate reports to management as needed.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support to help achieve business objectives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures related to HR.
- Lead and motivate a team of HR professionals and ensure their continuous development and growth.
- Collaborate with other departments and locations within the organization to ensure consistent and effective HR practices are in place.
- Handle any other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
