Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR GBS Employee Data Management (Tier II) Supervisor to join our team at Lear Corporation. As the Supervisor for the Night Shift, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate employee data for our global organization. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong leadership skills to oversee our Tier II team and ensure the highest level of data integrity.   1. Oversee the management of employee data for a global organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Lead and manage a team of Tier II employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes.
  3. Develop and implement data management strategies to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
  4. Monitor and audit employee data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to streamline data management processes and improve systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Train new employees on data management processes and procedures.
  8. Handle escalated employee data issues and provide timely resolutions.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  11. Communicate updates and changes to data management processes to the team and other stakeholders.
  12. Act as a point of contact for any employee data-related inquiries or concerns.
  13. Collaborate with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation of all data management processes and procedures.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Management, Preferably In A Shared Services Or Global Business Services (Gbs) Environment.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Of Hr Data Management Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Workday.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Employee Relations Issues.
