- Oversee the management of employee data for a global organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of Tier II employees, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and efficient processes.
- Develop and implement data management strategies to maintain the highest level of data integrity.
- Monitor and audit employee data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT, to streamline data management processes and improve systems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Train new employees on data management processes and procedures.
- Handle escalated employee data issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
- Communicate updates and changes to data management processes to the team and other stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for any employee data-related inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all data management processes and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Management, Preferably In A Shared Services Or Global Business Services (Gbs) Environment.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Hr Data Management Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Workday.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Previous Experience In A Supervisory Or Team Lead Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Employee Relations Issues.
