- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking employee progress.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with the offboarding process.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all employees and external partners.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
2+ Years Of Experience In Hr Administration Or Coordination.
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc And Fmla.
Proficiency In Hr Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Sap.
