General Accountant

The Lear Corporation is looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, analytical thinker with the ability to work with minimal supervision. This role requires a self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other departments.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and be proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines.
