Job Description

Perform financial analyses in support of organic/inorganic growth initiatives (mergers and acquisitions). Perform financial analyses and assist with the preparation of materials for investor presentations and quarterly earnings calls. Monitor daily news and stock movements of the Company and industry peers Perform periodic market research around customers, competitors and events that are impacting the Company. Create and drive project deliverables, including target evaluation, financial analysis, valuation analytics, due diligence materials, management and board presentations. Maintain and augment analytical toolkit, including valuation models and FactSet. Draft and edit board presentations, memos, and factsheets. Support preparation of quarterly earnings materials including earnings call scripts and presentations, Q&A prep documents and financial analyses.

Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ applicable work experience

  • Solid foundation of corporate finance and accounting
