Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Is Crucial For An Engineering Manager At Lear Corporation. This Could Include Degrees In Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering, Among Others.
Previous Experience In Product/Systems Engineering: Lear Corporation Is A Global Leader In Automotive Seating And Electrical Systems, So Experience In Product/Systems Engineering Is A Must For This Role. This Could Include Experience In Automotive Or Other Related Industries.
Leadership And Management Skills: As An Engineering Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Engineers And Ensure Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations: Lear Corporation Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, So A Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Is Necessary For An Engineering Manager To Ensure Compliance And Safety In Product/System Design.
