  • Oversee the design, development, and launch of electrical connectors and systems for automotive products within the Connection Systems department
  • Ensure the timely and successful completion of all engineering projects within the department
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and goals to drive the success and growth of the company
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their professional development and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into automotive products
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and advancements in electrical systems to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective project execution
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated team
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and opportunities within the department
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the development and launch of electrical systems.
