EH&S Manager

8. Develop and maintain emergency preparedness plans and procedures to ensure a timely and effective response to any potential incidents.
9. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all EH&S activities, including incident reports, training records, and safety data sheets.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's EH&S performance.
11. Serve as the primary point of contact for all EH&S related inquiries and concerns from employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
12. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
13. Develop and manage the EH&S budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented to maintain compliance and promote a safe work environment.
14. Conduct regular communication and training sessions with employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel comfortable reporting safety concerns and participating in EH&S initiatives.
