
Division / Group EHS Manager

- Develop and implement division/group-wide EHS policies, procedures, and programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal EHS regulations across all locations within the division/group.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement controls and training programs to mitigate risks and improve EHS performance.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure timely and effective corrective actions are implemented.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders to stay informed of updates and changes in EHS regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to division/group leadership and employees on EHS issues and concerns.
- Monitor and report on division/group EHS performance to senior management, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.
- Conduct regular training and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture and increase EHS knowledge and compliance among employees.
- Manage and maintain EHS documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in EHS management to continuously improve division/group EHS programs.
- Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Develop and manage division/group EHS budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate with other EHS managers across the company to share best practices and ensure consistency in EHS programs.
- Serve as a role model for EHS excellence and promote a positive and proactive approach to EHS management within the division/group.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Ehs Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Automotive Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Ehs Regulations And Standards.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
