Job Description

Supporting all groups/regions for development & sharing best practices. Coordinate rollup of gap analysis, target-selling, and performance tracking Provide clarity to senior leadership regarding improvements & planned increases/decreases. Benchmarking & developing scalable and sustainable lean processes and standards. In partnership with the business leaders and key stakeholders, be accountable for developing the appropriate business measures, KPI’s, & operating metrics. Drive executive of establishing World Class Manufacturing roadmaps through regional workshops, best practice sharing, and review. Implement common global MOS quarterly reviews Drive read-across of best practices by conducting workshops in each region for each product segment. Develop and deploy robust training programs to teach lean principles and the use of continuous improvement tools to drive productivity and improved performance.

Job Qualifications
  • 10 years’ experience driving Continuous Improvement initatives and activities in a manufacturing environment

  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading CI in a JIT manufacturing environment

  • Firm understanding of process improvement techniques and experience
