  3. Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and market-leading product designs.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  6. Use project management tools and techniques to monitor and track project progress.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance.
  8. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to promote creativity and productivity.
  9. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures throughout the design process.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance design and project management processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Design, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management Or Program Management In A Design Or Manufacturing Environment

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proficient In Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Ms Project Or Asana

  • Knowledge Of Design Processes And Methodologies, Including Design Thinking And Agile Principles
