Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Customer Service Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Customer Service Software Systems.
