- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of materials to customers by closely monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to understand their needs and provide prompt and satisfactory solutions to any issues or concerns.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment schedules, and customer orders.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize JIT/JIS principles to minimize inventory levels and reduce lead times while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and resolve any potential supply chain disruptions to minimize impact on customer orders.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in JIT/JIS logistics to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as any relevant industry regulations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and support company goals and objectives.
Experience In Jit/Jis Logistics: A Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience In Just-In-Time (Jit) And Just-In-Sequence (Jis) Logistics, As This Is A Specialized Role That Requires Knowledge And Understanding Of These Systems.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Customer Care Specialist, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Abilities. They Must Be Able To Work Well With Customers And Build Positive Relationships.
