  1. Oversee the movement of materials and goods through the supply chain to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and increase efficiency.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
  5. Manage and lead a team of logistics coordinators to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain, utilizing problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to track and assess supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding delivery expectations.
  11. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and increase their effectiveness in the role.
  12. Monitor and control logistics costs to ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, promoting our values and commitment to excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Logistics Or Supply Chain Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Logistical Operations, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficiency In Relevant Software And Technology, Such As Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, And Microsoft Office.
