
Continuous Improvement Coach
Daily review and identification of top-quality and efficiency performance issues. Lead review with team leaders to develop solutions and preventative measures. Coordinate with all departments to investigate, identify and implement corrective actions with the production team. Lead acquisition, logging, and driving employee suggestion open issues to closure. Ensure that Team Members are following existing SWI’s and lead the team to continuously find SWI improvements. Work with all teams to improve station layouts, identify waste opportunities (8), poke yokes, and implement 5s methodology into work areas. Drive a High-Performance Work Team culture through training, support, and team member empowerment. Conduct and train Team Leaders to facilitate Kaizen Events and Report Team Successes.
