As a Benefits Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees by managing and administering our benefits programs.   1. Manage and administer all aspects of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits.
  3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefits programs that align with company goals and meet employee needs.
  5. Communicate with employees to educate them on available benefits and assist with any questions or concerns.
  6. Process and track benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  8. Work closely with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
  9. Assist with benefits budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  10. Provide support and guidance to employees and HR team regarding benefits-related inquiries or issues.
  11. Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  12. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in benefits information.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  14. Participate in benefits-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures related to benefits administration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Governing Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Fmla, And Aca

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Benefits Programs

  • Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel For Data Analysis And Reporting.
