- Manage and administer all aspects of the company's benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to employee benefits.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement new benefits programs that align with company goals and meet employee needs.
- Communicate with employees to educate them on available benefits and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Process and track benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Work closely with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with benefits budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and HR team regarding benefits-related inquiries or issues.
- Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in benefits information.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Participate in benefits-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures related to benefits administration.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Governing Employee Benefits, Including Erisa, Fmla, And Aca
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Benefits Programs
Experience With Hris Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel For Data Analysis And Reporting.
