- Maintain accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor management.
- Verify and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve any issues with vendors.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing process by preparing necessary reports and reconciliations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to accounts payable.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
