Approve & log all plant credit card purchases; approve non-prod purchasing requests in the Coupa system; plan for and analyze capital expenditures. As a member of the finance team, the Assistant Plant Controller will be responsible for assisting with the financial operations for the Selma, AL foam plant. This includes helping to oversee the day to day finance operations and to provide plant operational management with financial feedback. Assist in the month-end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation; Prepare and review monthly overhead expenditure with Budget Holders. Monitor capital expenditures and associated depreciation as well as asset tagging.
