Fashion Show Coordinator

We are looking for a highly creative and organized individual to join our team as a Fashion Show Coordinator at Lanvin. This individual will play an integral role in the successful execution of our fashion shows. We are looking for someone with a strong background in fashion and event coordination who can bring their unique vision to the table. The successful candidate will have a knack for multitasking and problem-solving while remaining calm and professional in fast-paced environments.The ideal candidate should have a diploma in fashion and/or event coordination, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in the industry. They should have a good understanding of fashion and event trends, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate should possess the ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas and solutions. Above all else, we are looking for someone passionate about fashion and excited to be part of Lanvin’s team.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute fashion show plans and concepts in collaboration with the team.
2. Organize and manage all aspects of the fashion show, from model casting and selection to rehearsals and final styling.
3. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and logistics for the fashion show.
4. Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the fashion show.
5. Develop relationships with designers, stylists, and other fashion industry professionals.
6. Manage communications between the team and fashion show venues.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and other legal requirements.
8. Liaise with media personnel to ensure maximum publicity and press coverage.
9. Support the team in executing other tasks related to the fashion show.
10. Maintain current knowledge of fashion and event trends.
