Production Composites Foreman

At Lamborghini, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Composites Foreman to join our team and bring their expertise to our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong technical background in composites production and manufacturing processes, as well as excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and able to take initiative when it comes to managing production timetables and ensuring quality standards are met. This individual must be able to lead and motivate a team of composite specialists to meet tight production deadlines while ensuring safety and quality are maintained.To be successful in this role, the Production Composites Foreman must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in composites production and/or manufacturing processes, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have either a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. A strong understanding of composite materials, processes, and safety protocols is a must. Additionally, they must possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to work independently and lead a team.
