The Production Manager/Project Manager’s primary focus is to plan, manage, and coordinate between clients and business divisions to deliver extraordinary virtual events. Manage the initial process of working with a client when a sale has been secured. Setup and Maintain Project Management Tool for Internal use and Client use. Conduct recurring client planning calls for each Virtual Event. Work with the Creative Director to ensure the creative aspects of the event are being managed timely. Work with Marketing Director to ensure the marketing aspects of an event are being managed timely. Manage the live coverage of the virtual event. Provide reporting and metrics for virtual events.
