Wellness Worker

At LabCorp, we are looking for a Wellness Worker who is passionate about helping others and helping to create an overall culture of wellness. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, be experienced in health promotion and wellness program development, and have a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Wellness Worker will be responsible for providing wellness support, resources, and education to LabCorp employees.The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in health promotion, wellness, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in health education and promotion. Additionally, they must have a strong understanding of wellness program development and implementation, and be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 1. Develop and implement wellness programs for LabCorp employees.
2. Provide health promotion and wellness resources to LabCorp employees.
3. Facilitate health education sessions and workshops.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and key personnel.
5. Monitor and evaluate wellness program performance.
6. Lead special projects, such as health fairs and wellness campaigns.
7. Provide excellent customer service to LabCorp employees.
8. Remain up to date on current health promotion and wellness trends.
9. Collaborate with other departments and individuals on initiatives.
10. Communicate program updates to LabCorp employees.
