Wellness Worker

LabCorp is seeking an experienced Wellness Worker to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping others and working in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will be driven to help our patients achieve their goals through health and wellness activities.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, at least two years of experience working with clients in a wellness setting, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement health and wellness activities to help patients achieve their goals
2. Provide individual and group counseling services to clients
3. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback
4. Monitor client eligibility and provide necessary services
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible client outcomes
7. Educate patients about health and wellness topics
8. Develop and maintain relationships with outside agencies
9. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
10. Perform other duties as assigned
