Validation Tech Lead

LabCorp is searching for a highly motivated Validation Tech Lead to join our team in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities:

1. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to ensure the accuracy and timely validation of laboratory testing systems.
2. Take a lead role in validation projects, driving them forward to successful completion.
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues related to validation projects.
4. Work with technical teams to ensure that systems are properly configured and tested.
5. Develop and implement validation plans and protocols for laboratory systems.
6. Monitor validation activities to ensure that all requirements are met.
7. Monitor laboratory system performance and prepare reports on findings.
8. Ensure that all validation activities are in compliance with regulatory standards.
9. Provide technical guidance and training to laboratory personnel as needed.
10. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and other stakeholders.
