Job Description

At LabCorp, our Test Automation Engineers are responsible for crafting and executing automated tests to ensure the best software quality for our clients. We're looking for a skilled engineer who is passionate about software testing and automation and has a commitment to excellence. To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and be comfortable with coding languages, such as Python, Java, Javascript, C#, and Ruby. You should be an excellent problem solver and pay close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and be a team player. Responsibilities:

  1. Craft and execute automated tests to ensure the best software quality for our clients.
  2. Utilize coding languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, C#, and Ruby.
  3. Identify software defects and provide solutions to improve software quality.
  4. Analyze existing software and develop strategies to improve test coverage and results.
  5. Monitor automated tests and respond quickly to any issues that arise.
  6. Collaborate with other Test Automation Engineers to ensure quality and consistency.
  7. Document automated tests and maintain a library of test cases.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in software testing and automation.
  9. Work closely with development teams to ensure quality and accuracy of software applications.
  10. Provide technical support and troubleshooting of automated tests.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science

  • Javascript

  • Or A Related Field

  • Computer Engineering

  • Expertise In Software Testing And Automation Tools

  • Knowledge Of Scripting Languages Such As Python

  • Experience With Web-Based Systems

  • Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Agile Methodologies
