  1. Conduct and analyze complex molecular tests using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
  2. Perform accurate and timely testing in accordance with laboratory protocols and procedures.
  3. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and documentation.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the Molecular Testing team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tests.
  7. Stay up-to-date with current developments and advancements in molecular testing techniques and procedures.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  9. Participate in the validation and implementation of new tests and procedures.
  10. Communicate and discuss results with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor new laboratory staff as needed.
  13. Maintain inventory and order necessary laboratory supplies.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and improving lives through accurate and timely test results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Performing Molecular Testing In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Molecular Biology Techniques, Including Pcr, Dna Sequencing, And Microarray Analysis.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Information Systems And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation.

  • Certification From A Recognized Accrediting Body, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The American Medical Technologists (Amt).
